Sign-Up for Elden Ring Closed Network Test, Coming Soon to PlayStation and Xbox

The Elden Ring closed network test has been announced to come out on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and the Xbox Series X/S, and the time to rise up and take on one of the most anticipated titles of 2022 is near. The developers of Elden Ring have decided to put forth a test on different platforms to test the integrity of their online elements and assess if the product is ready to launch.

Take part in the making of something memorable and get signed up for the Closed Network test as the registration for the closed test is to be free, as stated clearly on the website, however, the registration is to close up on November 1. So what’s stopping you from signing up right now?

Elden Ring Closed Network Test: What Can You Expect?

The closed network test is said to be a preliminary verification test in which testers would be able to play out a portion of the game prior to the game release.

However, there has been no news regarding what would be incorporated in the test playthrough and how many testers would Bandai be taking for their tests. The main purpose behind the test is to examine different technical verification of online systems via large-scale network load tests.

Elden Ring Closed Network Test Duration

The tests are to run through three days, November 12 to November 14 and will be spread across 5 different sessions as explained in the image above. It’s still unsure if these sessions would be distributed amongst different testers or to test different areas of the game, but we are sure to get more information as they draw closer.

The Sessions are to be divided as follow,

  • Session 1 – November 12th (Friday), 3:00am to 6:00am PT
  • Session 2 – November 12th (Fri) from 7:00pm to 10:00pm PT
  • Session 3 – November 13th (Sat) from 11:00am to 2:00pm PT
  • Session 4 – November 14th (Sun) from 3:00am to 6:00am PT
  • Session 5 – November 14th (Sun) from 7:00pm to 10:00pm PT

Although Bandai hasn’t provided any information regarding what the test will entail, they did provide us with a trailer on their YouTube channel, and let us tell you that the game it looks AMAZING!
