Fallout 76 Update 1.57 is about to be pushed out by Bethesda and the entire list of patch notes will be available here for you to read through. Since the previous major Fallout Worlds update, a number of new issues have appeared in the game and players have reported them back to the developers. There is a crash fix included and a fix for a bug with Challenges.

Fallout 76 Patch Notes: Update 1.57
Here are the official Fallout 76 patch notes for Update 1.57 (hotfix) that will start rolling out to all the supported platforms of the game in a while:
- Resolve an issue that can cause Challenges to automatically complete near the daily reset time
- Fix for a client crash
Note: Fallout 76 will go offline on all platforms at 10:00 a.m. ET today, September 14, in order to release this new hotfix.
