Players that prefer to take down bosses with their friends will be delighted to know that – like other Souls games – Elden Ring does support co-op. The best part is that unlocking it is quite simple too. If you wish to play co-op, you must find a consumable item to allow players to either visit you or go to their worlds.

For those curious, the item is called The Furlcalling Finger Remedy and you can craft it by mixing two Erdleaf Flowers together. Since the item is easy to create, newer players will have a convenient time unlike in Dark Souls. Once you get the item, you will be able to see other players summoning signs on the ground.

Keep in mind that gold signs represent allies, while red signs are for enemies. Yes, you read that correctly. You can summon players to do PvP against which is one of the most fun aspects of Souls games. You can summon up to two players at one time.

To add a cherry on top, you can find Furlcalling Finger Remedies scattered throughout the world of Elden Ring. Make sure that you have plenty of them in your inventory as they are one-time-use items. You can also make use of the Summoning Pools that can be found when entering a boss arena. They are small statues that represent a person hanging from a crucifix. Interacting with these pools requires the Small Golden Effigy which can be found by examining the Martyr Effigy at The First Step.

How To Get Summoned

Now that you know how you can summon other players in your world, you’ll want to know how they can summon you to help them. For that, you must use the Tarnished Furled Finger and place your summoning sign on the ground. To find this item, go to the Stranded Graveyard and stop right before taking the elevator to The First Step. You will find a dead body close to the Site of Grace. Loot it and you’ll get the item.

How To Invade

Invading other players’ worlds is an extremely fun part of Souls games. Luckily, Elden Ring has this feature and allows you to invade other players and face them in PvP. To do that, you must get the Festering Bloody Finger. Getting this item is quite simple too. You must get it from White-Faced Varre in the Rose Church at the Liurnia of the Lakes.

When you use this item, you will be matched with players that are close to your summoning range. Your main goal is to kill the host that you are invading. Once that is done, you will be sent back to your world to celebrate. Plus, this item has unlimited uses so don’t worry about running out.
