FIFA 21 Update 1.09 is now rolling out as the Title Update #6.1, as confirmed by EA Sports. This update is rolling out to all the platforms, specifically the PC (Origin / Steam) version has the following fixes that have been mentioned below in the patch notes.
Title Update #6.1 comes out just days after the previous Title Update #6 for FIFA 21 was released. This patch mostly reverses the changes done in two different title updates for the game. A stability issue has been addressed in Pro Clubs Drop In Matches along with another issue that has been reintroduced after fixing it in the first place.
This all definitely sounds confusing, but we know the teams at EA Sports are on to the issues and they will be addressed in a future Title Update, as confirmed by them.

Here are the patch notes for the FIFA 21 Title Update #6.1 (Update 1.09) so you can see through what has been changed. We don’t think this update will have a large file size as only two minor issues have been addressed.
The latest Title Update will soon be available on the PC (Origin/Steam) version of FIFA 21 and addresses a stability issue in Pro Clubs Drop In Matches that was unintentionally introduced in the previous Title Update.
In order to address this stability issue, we have reintroduced an issue that was resolved in the previous Title Update. Specifically, switching Game Plans as the Captain of a Drop In Match can result in other players having their positions incorrectly changed. We will look to address this issue in a future Title Update.– EA Community Manager
FIFA 21 Title Update #6.1 should now be available to all the players on PC (Origin / Steam). You can download and update your game right away.
