The developers at the Santa Monica Studio just deployed the latest God of War PC Update 1.0.11, and here is the complete list of patch notes. This new update is a very tiny one with only a small fix for some of the players facing the issue. There were some reports of lighting flickering throughout the game since the last patch, and it seems to have been fixed now.

God of War PC Update 1.0.11 Patch Notes
Here are the official patch notes for God of War PC Update 1.0.11 that is now rolling out to all the supported PC platforms of the game through Steam:
- Players should no longer experience flickering lighting throughout the game
This is really it. One line of change in this release. However, the developers have suggested to go through the list of known issues to see what they are working on and what bug is left for them to investigate further and fix in a potential future update. For the most part, it is AMD GPUs that are facing performance drops and shading issues.

Throughout our testing, we noticed intermittent framerate reductions when shaders were accessed for the first time. We are working with AMD to resolve this in a future patch.
