MLB The Show 21 Update 1.20 Patch Notes | Game Update 20

San Diego Studios have just announced MLB The Show 21 Update 1.20 and we have the patch notes for you right here. Coming later today, the update fixes some bugs from the XBOX while also listening to community feedback and scaling back the reach of PCI by half.

The update will be deployed on November 10 (Today) at 4:00 AM PT. Servers will be down for maintenance for about an hour or so after which you will be able to download the update and play the game! You can find all the relevant information for MLB The Show 21 Update 1.20 Patch Notes down below.

MLB The Show 21 Patch Notes: Update 1.20

Here are the complete patch notes for MLB The Show 21 Update 1.20 coming out for all supported platforms:


  • Following the feedback from the PCI changes made in Update 17, we are scaling back the reach of the PCI by approximately half. Players can still reach the corners of the zone, but will notice a decrease in the coverable region outside of the zone.
  • XBOX: Fixed a rare occurrence where input was lost when using Pinpoint Pitching interface.
  • XBOX: Fixed a bug that would prevent users from pitching a perfect Splitter or Forkball regardless of player input.

  1. Please shorten the March To October mode for next year. It is Too Long!!! With extra innings, 5 and 7 playoff games, etc No one uses it for Affinity pts.
