Ludosity just pushed out this latest Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Update 1.13, and here is the full list of patch notes for you. This update finally adds voiceover for all Brawlers. Alongside that, it makes tons of balancing changes so that all characters are fun to play among other things.

Here are the official patch notes for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Update 1.13 that is now rolling out to all the supported platforms of the game:

- Default stock count increased from 3 to 4
- Airdashing now has a 2 frame warmup before a character starts traveling. This warmup is skipped when making contact with the ground
- Player indicators will be hidden if a character is performing an action that makes them invisible
- Attacking a blocking opponent no longer incurs self-hitlag
