Nioh: Complete Edition Update 1.24.1 Patch Notes on September 9

Koei Tecmo Games just pushed out this Nioh: Complete Edition Update 1.24.1 and here are the full list of patch notes for you. This new release marks the launch of this (and Nioh 2) free game on the Epic Games Store and the developers have implemented cross-play as part if this patch.

Not just that, the developers also fixed a couple of minor issues in the game. You should be able to download and install this Nioh: Complete Edition Update 1.24.1 on all the relevant platforms.

Here are the official patch notes for Nioh: Complete Edition Update 1.24.1 that is now rolling out to all the supported platforms of the game:

■Added features
・Implemented cross-play with the Epic Games Store version.
Crossplay settings can be changed from System Menu – Online Settings.
Note: To enable Crossplay, an Epic Games account is required.
Note: If you enable Crossplay, you will no longer be able to be matched with users for which Crossplay is not enabled.
Note: If you enable Crossplay, when attempting to match with a friend, your Epic Games account will be referenced.

■Corrected issues
・Corrected an issue in which the Achievement “Freedom Restored” could sometimes not be obtained.

・Corrected an issue in which, during a battle, if both participants’ Life reached 0 at nearly the same time, Life would sometimes not be displayed correctly.

・Other minor issues were corrected.
