New Pokémon Snap August 3 Update Patch Notes | First Major Patch

HAL Laboratory has just released New Pokémon Snap August 3 Update and we have the complete patch notes for your reading pleasure. This is the game’s first major patch and thus includes tons of quality of life improvements such as the ability to save images directly to your Switch alongside bug fixes and more!

The update is available globally on the Nintendo Switch with all major regions, NA, EU, and Japan getting it at the same time. You can take a look at the complete patch notes down below for more information about the update.

New Pokémon Snap August 3 Update Patch Notes

With the update coming in a few hours, here are the expected patch notes for New Pokémon Snap’s first major patch:

– Now, when you go to Retry a level after completion, you will get to select the Research Level again so you don’t have to exit out in order to select the same stage with a different Research Level

– You now have the ability to go directly to camp without having any photos assessed

– If you achieve a LenTalk Mission with one of your photos, they will get flagged as meeting the requirements before you get it assessed

– You can now directly save images onto your Nintendo Switch directly from the photo editing option
