Facepunch has just released Rust Console Edition Update 1.03 for all the players and we are the full list of patch notes for everyone to read. This is the first patch for the game post-launch and there are already several fixes included based on the initial feedback to the developers. Most of these fixes are for the bugs found in Rust Console Edition as part of the early access.
We do not have the file size of this Rust Console Edition Update 1.03 yet, but will update this here once we do. You should be able to download and install this patch right now on your consoles as it will make the game much more stable. For those who do not see this patch right now, please note, it may take a few hours for it to be deployed for all the platforms.

Here are the official patch notes for the Rust Console Edition Update 1.03 that is now rolling out to all supported platforms of the game:
- Fixed Random 5 second freeze;
- Fixed Invisible skins;
- Fixed Voice chat fixed;
- Fixed Fall through Launch Site floor;
- Fixed Ladders not climbable;
- Fixed Team system issues;
- Fixed Missing rock and torch on spawn;
- Fixed Monument generation fixes;
- Fixed Spawn point distribution fix;
- Fixed Missing Deluxe/Ultimate skin packs;
- Fixed Crash fixes.
