Riot Games has just given us complete patch notes for Wild Rift Update 2.1. While the update is going to be released later in February, the developers have provided us with an insight into what we can expect from the update. The patch will be considered a major update with three smaller patches coming out in the coming months.
Every new major update in Wild Rift adds a few new champions from League, this update is going to be no different in that regard with 6 new champions being added to the game. Moreover, there are going to be a few new content updates that are currently not mentioned in the patch notes themselves.
Wild Rift Update 2.1 Patch Note Details
Patch 2.1 is going to be a major update for Wild Rift. It will be released from February to the End of March. Moreover, with five new champions being added to the game, expect many buffs and nerfs in the subsequent patches. These patches will be 2.1a, 2.1b, and 2.1c for balance adjustment and bug-fixes.

Lunar Beast Event
The Lunar Beast Event mainly features one of the five new champions as an unlockable reward. It will mainly be a celebration of the Chinese New Year Moreover. There will be exclusive skins that will be coming out at the event as well. More details will be revealed as the event draws closer.

Replays and Spectator Mode
You will now once again be able to spectate your friends and their custom games in the new patch. You will also be able to download replays for your recent matches and will be able to download and watch replays of matches as well.
Path of Ascension Event
No details have been released about this event except one teaser revealed by the developers:

6 new Champions will be added in Patch 2.1 by the end of the Update. Here are all the new characters that we will see in the game:
