How to Change Your Ubisoft Account Name (Ubisoft Connect)
If this is your first time changing your username, then we suggest that you follow our steps carefully. First of all, however, you must get familiar with the criteria to change your username. Fortunately, Ubisoft doesn’t have many restrictions when it comes to changing your account name.
You can change your name every 30 days and once you change it, you will be given a Legacy Username that only you will be able to see. To do so, you need to:
- Go to your Ubisoft Account Information page
- Press the pen icon next to your name
- Enter your new username
- Click Change to change your name
Once you change your username, you will receive a confirmation email from Ubisoft that will show you the new username and the old one. Keep in mind that in some rare cases, you might get an email that will ask you to change your username because it didn’t match Ubisoft’s Code of Conduct
