This year has been jam-packed with big news getting dropped, and the latest one is something that got us very hyped. Ubisoft has just announced the release date of Year 5 Season 4 for For Honor, and with a trailer that just got released, we got goosebumps. The season expansion of the game will be upon us within a week and we cannot wait.
For Honor has been one of the most accomplished titles from Ubisoft, and rightfully so, as the game brings in a breath of fresh air when it comes to action-adventure RPG games x hack and slash games. Released in 2017, the game has built up an almost cult-like following and with the new season, the fandom is sure to be revitalized as there is a new hero joining the fray in the update, along with a large variety of rewards.
For Honor Y5S4 Release Date and Trailer
Ubisoft just dropped the trailer for For Honor Y5S4 and let us tell you that it looks absolutely stunning, you can watch the trailer below. Additionally, the trailer came along with news about the release date of the season. According to the post, players will be able to get started with Year 5 Season 4 on December 9, 2021. Yes, you heard it correctly! You will be able to play the new For Honor Season, NEXT WEEK.
In the upcoming season, the factions real back from the damages the Tempest has caused, however, little do they know that a ship snuck by and has reached the shores. Does a new adversary await?
Frostwind Celebration
In celebration of the new season, players will be able to enjoy a time-limited event called the “Frostwind Celebration” that will run from December 9 until December 30. During this event, all players will be able to access a free Event Pass. The event pass comes along with a lot of rewards which you can get through normal progression. These rewards include:
- Paired Emotes
- Battle Outfits
- Effects
- Ornaments
- And more…
For players who would like to go the extra mile, there will be a premium pass available that can be purchased to get additional:
- Battle Outfits
- Ornaments
- Executions
- Podiums
- And effects
Fixes And Improvements
Similar to how there was a testing ground in the last season that brought improvements to the shinobi, we expect to see a similar setup for this season as well. The testing grounds for Season 4 are to be set up from December 30 to January 6 and will focus significantly on the Dominion game, such as capture speed, renown, hardpoints, and other UI improvements.
New Hero
Followed by the conclusion of the testing grounds, we expect to see Update 2 for the season that will bring in a new hero to the battlefield. Although not much has been known about this new hero as of yet, but we will make sure to keep you guys posted as soon as more information gets released.
