Fortnite Chapter 3 has just been released and there is tons of content for players to discover. In typical Fortnite fashion, the entire map got changed – or flipped in this case – with the introduction of this new chapter. As such, there are tons of new NPC’s spread across the map that the player can interact with. This guide will show you the Fortnite chapter 3 all NPC locations.
Since the NPC’s are spread all over the map, it can be quite difficult to find them without any assistance. Finding them is useful because they give players new challenges that, when completed, give more rewards throughout the match. With that said, let’s dive straight into the Fortnite Chapter 3 all NPC locations.
All NPC Locations in Fortnite Chapter 3
There are a total of 20 NPC’s introduced in Chapter 3 of Fortnite. If you complete their challenges, you will get Mythic or Exotic weapons depending on the NPC. Some of these NPC’s will become essential in your looting route if you want to get high-quality loot. All images are provided by Fortnite Events.
The Visitor
To find the Visitor, you have to go to the Launchpad located at the east of Sanctuary. If you want to hire him, you will need 95 gold. He also lets you buy the Epic Ranger Assault Rifle for 100 wood.

The Scientist
You can find the Scientist in multiple locations. Commonly, he can be found in the building on the northern edge of Sanctuary. If you don’t see him there, go to the building on the southwestern edge of Sanctuary. Either way, you’ll find him in Sanctuary and he isn’t hard to miss.
The Scientist allows you to purchase an Exotic Hop Rock Dualies for only 500 wood. Plus, you can give him 170 gold to potentially reveal the next storm circle. It is only visible to you and it can be nice information to have to gain an edge over your enemies.
Agent Jones
He is probably the most difficult NPC to find in Fortnite Chapter 3. There are a total of 7 various outposts scattered over the map and he can be located in any one of them. He will spawn in different locations in each game. Talking to him will allow you to buy the Rare Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper for 200 gold. Finding him is quite useful as the sniper rifle is extremely good.
The Foundation
This NPC can be found patrolling the outskirts of Sanctuary. Sometimes, he goes to the middle but that is a rare occurrence. Sanctuary is located on the east side of the island so make sure to check that area. He is not hostile unless you attack him. Killing him will grant you 12 gold bars, ammo, med-mist, and a Mythic MK-Seven Assault Rifle. This is a special variant of the weapon and it deals tons of damage and has good accuracy.
Bunker Jonesy
Bunker Jonesy can be found outside the trailer in the southwest corner of The Joneses. It is easy to spot him since he is a hologram and stands out in the environment. Speaking with him allows you to purchase an Exotic The Dub shotgun for 600 gold.
This is an amazing weapon that deals tons of damage and we highly suggest that you get it if you can. On top of that, you can also get a fishing rod from him and heal yourself if your HP is low. Bunker Jonesey is a useful NPC that you should definitely visit if you’re around the area.
Ludwig
You can find Ludwig in The Joneses as well. He is located in the building in the southeast corner of The Joneses. He can be found on the opposite side of Bunker Jonesey. However, keep in mind that he doesn’t always spawn at the location. Sometimes he won’t spawn and you won’t be able to interact with him at all during that game.
He offers meat that you can eat to heal yourself. Plus, you can also get guzzle juice and a rare auto shotgun from him as well. Finding him early in the match can be beneficial as you can get good weapons for low materials.
Brainiac
Another NPC can be found in The Joneses in a prison cell under the house in the middle. However, he is not a guaranteed spawn so don’t worry if you can’t find him in a certain match. He also doesn’t appear on the minimap so you’ll have to go to the prison cell under the house to find him. Brainiac also gives you an auto shotgun, meat, and a chance to hire him.
Mullet Marauder
The Mullet Marauder can also be found in The Joneses south of the giant statue. You’ll find him in one of the many houses in the area. You can buy an Epic Auto Shotgun and a Med-Mist from him. Since he offers these things relatively cheaply, it is worth it to pay him a visit. As with the previous NPC, he is not a guaranteed spawn so don’t panic if you can’t find him.
Cuddle Team Leader
Finally, moving out of The Joneses, you can find the Cuddle Team Leader in Camp Cuddle. She is located in a house with a pink roof. The house is quite easy to spot so don’t worry. Interacting with her allows you to purchase the Exotic Marksman Six Shooter revolver and an Epic Ranger Assault Rifle. These weapons are really good and can even win you the entire game if you’re used to them.
Metal Team Leader
In Camp Cuddle, there are three buildings lined up like a barracks. These are located on the northwest side of the camp. She is situated near the Cuddle Team Leader so it shouldn’t be difficult to find her. Talking to her allows you to buy an Epic MK-Seven Assault Rifle. Plus, you can also exchange gold for metal.
Cuddlepool
Located on the east of the bridge is Camp Cuddle, Cuddlepool does not spawn in every match. Speaking with her allows you to purchase the MK-Secen Assault Rifle, exchange gold for stone, and hire her to accompany you throughout the match.
Quackling
Just like the Metal Team Leader, you can find Quackling in one of the three houses in Camp Cuddle. You can get the legendary MK-Seven Assault Rifle from her alongside a Med-Mist. Plus, you can buy wood from her in exchange for gold bars. Once again, keep in mind that she does not spawn in every round.
Guaco
Guaco can be found at the Taco restaurant in Greasy Grove. He offers an Epic Sidearm Pistol alongside some Chilli Chug Splashes. He is always located at the same place so finding him shouldn’t be a problem. Plus, he has a burger hat on and is a hologram.
Lil’ Whip
Moving on to Coney Crossroads, you can find Lil’ Whip at an ice cream shop in the southeast corner. Speaking with him allows you to activate prop disguises to hide from the players and ambush them. Plus, you can also purchase the epic sidearm pistol as well. If you ever find yourself in Coney Crossroads, make sure that you interact with Lil’ Whip.
Bao Bros
You can find Bao Bros in the Gas Station at Greasy Grove. He doesn’t spawn in every match so don’t worry if you can’t find him. However, once you find him, you can purchase the legendary Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper from him and disguise yourself as a prop. Plus, he also gives you a fish so you can heal yourself.
Tomatohead
Back in Greasy Grove, you can find Tomatohead in the large shop that is found in the middle of the city. Players can activate the rift by talking to Tomatohead and also purchase the Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper rifle. If you prefer sniper rifles, he is the best NPC to talk to in Greasy Grove. Plus, you can also disguise your character as a prop to hide from other players.
Mancake
Mancake is found in Rocky Reels at the Butterbarn southwest of the city. He not only allows you to disguise your character but also lets you purchase an Exotic Marksmen Six Shooter. Not only that, but he also lets you challenge him to a duel to see who wins. If you can defeat him, you get a sidearm pistol and an epic assault rifle.
Shanta
Shanta can be found along the coast at the very southeast of Condo Canyon. Speaking with her allows you to hire her for 95 gold, purchase the legendary Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper rifle, and activate the rift. If you’re in the area, then it’s worth it to talk to her since the sniper rifle is extremely useful.
Lt. John Llama
Lt. John Llama can be found in a shack at the hill to the southwest of Logjam Lumberyard. You can hire him to accompany you throughout the match and buy an exotic Boom Sniper Rifle. This is one of the best snipers available in Fortnite right now so make sure that you grab it from John Llama.
Jonesy the First
You can find Jonesey the First in The Joneses. He is located in the building at the north of the town with a yellow generator outside. Speaking with him will allow you to purchase the auto shotgun, enhance gold with wood, and hire him to assist you through the match.
