Thank you for the suggestions, but seriously I beg to differ with LOTS of things. First of all, there is NO medium option for shadows. Second, Particles on LOW are crap. Third, the most demanding option which is world car detail should be at least medium. Fourth, the geometry of the environment makes it more realistic which means less pop ups, so it should be at least high. Fifth, the reflections are nice to be at high to really enjoy it. And last but not least, lens effect is like motion blur, makes the game look cheap, so… as low as possible. I agree to all other options though.
