- First of all, you have to open Genshin Impact on the platform you play it on.
- Once the game opens, click on the “Paimon” menu located at the top-left corner of the screen.
- From there on, go to Settings > Account > Redeem code.
- Afterward, click on the “Redeem Now” option to launch the redemption window.
