Clear Fantasy Reshade Preset in God of War
God of War is a beautiful game – especially on PC. The character models, textures, environment, and the lighting are some of the best that any game has to offer. The good thing about this mod is that it amplifies the ambience and smoothens out those crispy edges. First of all, you must download the mod. Once you have done so, here is how you can install it:
- Install ReShade and then copy the contained preset into the God of War root folder (where the .exe is located) in your /steamapps/common/godofwar/folder.
- Bring up ReShade (home key) and in the drop down near the top, choose the preset “Clear Fantasy Reshade Preset.ini”
- Always check “performance mode” at the bottom right when not editing presets.
- Enjoy!
After you have enabled the mod, you need to press Shift+F2 to bring up ReShade and Shift+F3 to toggle effects.
Note: Don’t forget to adjust colors to your preference! MultiLUT has many different choices if you prefer a warmer or cooler temperature, vibrancy/saturation is found in the Lightroom shader.
This mod doesn’t necessarily require a beefy PC. It enhances the light bloom and raised vibrance.
