Lost Ark Twilight Isle Location
You can find the Twilight Isle in Lost Ark by going towards the center of the map and looking in the upper area of the Sea of Aria. The Wildwater Island and Naruni Island flank the Twilight Isle
The main questline takes about 30mins to complete, and the item level for this island is 460 (T2).
How to Get the Twilight Isle Token?
To get the Twilight Isle Token, you need to complete the Twilight Isle Chapel dungeon until you get the drop. It boils down to your luck and how soon you can get the isle token as a drop.

Twilight Isle Quests
There are 5 main quests on this island, and we’ll be discussing all of them below and mention the materials and rewards these quests offer.
Dawn’s Call
This will be the first quest you’ll partake in at Twilight Isle. You’ll be tasked with calming a terrified Korumba, then venture across the island.
You will visit different places, and talk to different NPCs until the quest ends with you talking to a Wandering Stranger in the back room of an Inn. The rewards for completing this quest are:

Dusk’s Shadows
As basic as it can get, this quest only asks you to read a letter from Varut. You are trying to identify a threat on Twilight Isle, and this quest will be completed as soon as you read the letter; dropping you the following materials:

Twilight’s Touch
You need to find Marceleno’s informant hiding somewhere on the island. This quest will have you visit a few locations and then return to Marceleno at the Inn.
Eventually, you have to make sure Kalambre drinks some liquor with sleeping medicine.
You will be rewarded with the following materials:

Twilight’s Dance
The next part of these informant-related quests will require you to travel to the lighthouse and interact with an object. Then, you need to send the Messenger Hawk to Varut and update him with the latest situation. You will receive these mats after completing this quest:

Twilight’s Claw is the final main quest on Twilight Isle, and it’ll have you investigating the Twilight Chapel. Once you go through the dungeon, you need to talk to a few different NPCs and then talk to Varut at the end to finish the questline. You’ll receive the following items:

Lost Ark Twilight Isle Mokoko Seeds Locations
There are 3 Mokoko Seeds on the Twilight Isle, and 2 of them are grouped together. We will be guiding you to their exact locations below:
Mokoko Seed #1
The first Mokoko Seed is located at the edge of the deck, and its location is marked in the image below. Destroy the crates to reveal and collect the seed.
Mokoko Seed #2 & 3
The second and third Mokoko Seed can be found inside the same room. To reach this hidden room, you have to go to the location marked on the image below and play the Song of Resonance in front of the statue to reveal a hidden path.
Go inside the room and collect the 2nd and 3rd Mokoko Seed from the far left and central area of the room.
