Brawl Stars Championship 2020 October Finals | Everything You Need to Know

After 7 monthly finals, the eight one of the Brawl Stars Championship will begin from 3rd October. It is a two day event, scheduled to end on 4th of the same month. Top three teams from their respective regions will be battling out to get those important qualification points and for a prize money of 62,500 USD.

Just like Clash of Clans, the monthly finals of Brawl Stars Championship were supposed to be played offline at a physical location in Poland. But again, due to the pandemic this year, we’re having an online virtual event.

Qualified Teams – Brawl Stars Championship 2020 Finals

The following teams have qualified for the Brawl Stars Championship 2020 October finals from different regions all over the world. These regions have been divided into Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America and Latin America (North and South).

Asia Pacific (APAC)

The following teams from APAC region have qualified for the October finals of Brawl Stars Championship 2020:

  • Jupiter
  • PSG Esports
  • Kiwami

Europe / MENA

The following teams from the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions have qualified for the October finals of Brawl Stars Championship 2020:

  • SK gaming
  • Tribe Gaming
  • Codemagic purple

North America / North LATAM

The following teams from North America and Northern Latin America regions have qualified for the October finals of Brawl Stars Championship 2020:

  • Tempo Storm
  • Omen Elite
  • DUDUDUNGA

South LATAM

The following teams from Southern Latin America region have qualified for the October finals of Brawl Stars Championship 2020:

  • INTZ
  • ACE1
  • KGP

Tournament Format

Well, first of all, it’ll be a group round robin tournament featuring three teams from the same region to avoid any ping issues. As it’s not a LAN event (physical, local-area based) so two different regions playing against each other will be having ping problems. So as a result, only the teams from the same region will play against each other.

For the match format, each match is going to be a best of three sets with each set being a best of five series.

Tournament Schedule

  • APAC will be playing it’s finals on 3rd of October starting from 5am CT / 6am ET
  • Europe and MENA will grind it out on the same day as APAC, but, their qualifiers will start from 9am CT / 10am ET.
  • LATAM South will have to wait one more day, as their finals will begin on 4th of October at 9am CT / 10am EST.
  • Last but not the least, North America and LATAM North will get their turn after LATAM South on the same day, at 1:30pm CT / 2:30pm EST.

Points Distribution Criteria

  • If you’re playing from North America, LATAM North or South, then you are looking at a prize money of 9000 USD and 50 points, if you were to clinch the 1st spot. Similarly, 2,000 USD & 30 points and 1,250 USD & 20 points for the 2nd and 3rd place, respectively.
  • For Europe, MENA and APAC, we have a reward of 70 points and 9,000 USD for the 1st place. However, it comes down to 6,000 USD & 50 points for 2nd and 4,000 USD & 40 points for the 3rd place, respectively.

How to Watch Brawl Stars Championship 2020 Finals?

The October finals of the Brawl Stars Championship 2020 will broadcast live on the Brawl Stars official Youtube channel.
