As the Call of Duty: Vanguard launch creeps upon us, developers finally announced the preloading date, and it begins tomorrow! Players who had preordered the game can pre-load it, so they can go live right at the launch. That’s not all! As every preloaded digital copy will come along with Task Force One leader Arthur Kingsley and the “Night Raid” Mastercraft SMG, available to be used in Call Of Duty: BOCW and Warzone.
With the title going live soon, players who had preordered the game can now enjoy it right at launch with the game’s preloading phase starting tomorrow, November 28 at 9 PM PT. The preload will be available on all platforms at times stated in the next section so stick around.
Call Of Duty: Vanguard Preloading Period
A recent announcement brought great news for COD fans as Vanguard is soon to enter its preload phase. The game is said to be available for download on PlayStation, and Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on November 28, at 9 PM PT. Let us look at the entire pre-load phase schedule for different platforms.
- The preloading on PlayStation 4 and 5 begins on October 28 at 9 PM PT in North and South America. All other countries will begin preloading on October 29 at midnight local time.
- Preloading on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S begins on October 28 at 9 PM PT.
- The preloading phase for PC would commence on November 2.
If you have pre-ordered the copy on your respective platform but the download does not start doing the pre-load period, visit the platform store and manually initiate the download.
Call Of Duty: Vanguard File Sizes
The upcoming title is claimed to have smaller file sizes at launch due to new on-demand texture streaming tech, as compared to some of the previously released games in the franchise. According to an official announcement, the file sizes are expected to be:
- PlayStation 5: 64.13 GB Download | 89.84 GB Required Space
- PlayStation 4: 54.65 GB Download | 93.12 GB Required Space
- Xbox Series X |S: 61 GB Download | 61 GB Required Space
- Xbox One: 56.6 GB Download | 56.6 GB Required Space
