Destiny 2 has just gone down for server maintenance on March 10 2022 and we have the complete details for you right here. As of yet, the hotfix update seems to be finding out the reason behind the server downtime. This will be a minor update since it is a quick hotfix for the previous patch.
As of yet, the servers will be going down for maintenance on March 10, 2022, at 5:00 AM PST (1300 UTC) and will be back up on March 10, 2022, at around 9 AM PST (1700 UTC). The following statement was released by Bungie Help regarding the maintenance work going on right now:
So far, we do not know what this update will bring in. However, since Bungie has mentioned that this is a hotfix, we can assume that it will focus on bug fixes and adding quality of life changes. After the massive Witch Queen update, there were some bugs present in the game that players were reporting. Bungie is taking a step and fixing them in this latest hotfix. We will keep you updated as soon as any new information comes out.
After the update goes live, players will also be allowed to change their Bungie name one time by logging in to Bungie.net.

Please tell me this is fixing the Europa quest.and increasing drop rates on red box weopons,or the ones with deep sight,would be very ideal.there is that quest to get the exotic glaives and I am on one last step,and have made zero progress on as the weapons refuse to drop.i get Bungie wants us to grind a bit,but this is a whole different ball game
