The latest update of Genshin Impact introduces tons of new content to the game. From new characters to new areas, and new quests as well. One such quest is called The Still Water’s Flow and players have to follow Tsukyo’s Instructions and Activate all the Altars. That is why this guide will show you how to follow Tsukyo’s instructions and activate all the Altars in Genshin Impact.
Players looking to get into Enkanomiya will have to complete this quest. There are a total of two Altars that you have to activate. Both of them are marked on your map. With that said, let’s dive straight in and take a look at how you can activate them on Tsukyo’s instructions.
How To Complete The Still Water’s Flow Quest in Genshin Impact
Once you reach this section, you will need two Key Sigils and use them to activate the Altars. Completing this quest is extremely easy as you just have to follow the marked locations on your map. Reach the location and interact with the Altar on the rock formation.
You will be prompted to use a Key Sigil to undo the seal. Press confirm and you will unlock the Altars.

After unlocking both Altars, go back to Tsukyo and then proceed to Enkanomiya to progress further. Keep in mind that you need to complete the Omnipresence Over Mortals Archon before you can start this quest. After meeting the requirements, you will automatically get this quest as soon as you update the game to the latest version.
