A brand new set of Solid Gold quests have just gone live in Fortnite Chapter 3. While it is highly exciting to revisit the solid gold mode, it is also worth noting that Fortnite might have something bigger planned in store for us instead. With that said, here is how you can access solid gold mode in Fortnite.
What is Solid Gold Mode in Fortnite?
Solid Gold is a new LMT mode in Fortnite. As mentioned above, all the weapon drops in Solid Gold mode are either Legendary or Gold tier. This, in turn, makes the Solid Gold particularly lethal compared to other Fortnite game modes. This can be good for players with great reflexes as one bad choice can be especially punishing in this mode.
Since only certain weapons arrive in the Legendary variants, the choices are gonna be limited so you better think quickly if you want that victory royale. Solid Gold usually launches as a four-player mode. Pair that with legendary weapons and it becomes a recipe for mayhem.
How to Access Solid Gold Mode in Fortnite?
Fortnite has not officially added the Solid Gold mode back to the discovery screen just yet but there are ways to play it. Simply input 5210-2267-4798 into the ‘Island Code’ screen and see the magic happen. The quests might not be completed using this method but you might be able to practice for when the LTM mode is back again.
The time for these quests is fairly limited so you better act fast unless you want to be left behind. Considering the exorbitant amount of XP every bit of effort is well worth it!
