You will then be taken to the Hotel Pistis Sophia where you get the Tank Top for free!
Johnny’s Shoes and Pants
For Johnny’s Shoes and Pants, you should reach 38 street cred. You can then take on the Psychofan and the Family Heirloom Gigs. Once in this particular Gig, go up to the second floor and check the pink suitcase for the pants. There’s also a locker right beside the suitcase that you can unlock for the shoes.
Johnny’s Gun – Malorian 3516
To get the Malorian 3516, which is Johnny Silverhand’s personal gun, you need to start the Chippin’ In Side Mission. This particular mission unlocks after you complete the Tapeworm mission mentioned earlier. As soon as you meet Grayson, grab the gun lying at his feet which is the Malorian 3516 and is arguably one of the best guns in the game.

Johnny SIilverhand’s Car – Porsche 911 Turbo
The Porsche 911 Turbo in Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the fastest cars in the game. In the questline, you should ignore Grayson rather than sparing or killing him. You then get a keycard that unlocks a container which has you find the 911 Turbo. You can also loot the card off him, but you will not get to know the keycard’s use.
Johhny’s Avitators
After starting the Chippin In mission, have Johnny take full control of V when asked. After the night ends, you should have Johhny’s Aviators on you!
Johnny’s Samurai Jacket
If you let Johnny take full control of V, you should get contacted by Rogue who will offer you Johnny’s Samurai Jacket.
