This walkthrough is for you if you plan to visit the Glacier Isle in Lost Ark. We’ll be talking in detail about the location, all the quests, island token acquisition, and collectibles found on this island in detail.
Lost Ark Glacier Isle Location
Sail towards the top right side of Lost Ark’s gigantic map, and you’ll enter the Sea of Dawn. The Glacier Isle is located smack dab in the middle of this sea. Refer to the map screenshot below to see the island’s exact location.
Make sure to grab the starting quest for this island from Peyto. The main questline takes about 1 hour to complete, and the item level for this island is 250 (T1).
How to Acquire the Glacier Isle Token?
The Glacier Isle Token requires you to complete all the main questlines on the island. We’ll be covering all of them along with their rewards below. Once you’ve finished the last quest, the Island Token will drop for you as a reward.
Glacier Isle Quests
The main questline (Purple Questline) on Glacier Isle is divided into several parts, and we’ll be looking at all of them below.
Iceberg Inquiry
The first quest is extremely short and only requires you to reach Glacier Isle to start the rest of the questline. The rewards for simply getting to the Glacier Isle are:
- Silver (7100)
- Uncommon Battle Engravings Recipe Selection Pouch (6)
- Roster XP (290)
Silent Prelude
This is where the questline starts off properly. You’ll be talking to a number of NPCs on Glacier Isle and using different emotes to attract attention. Then you have to talk to a baby penguin and eventually return to Ozario with your findings.
The rewards for completing the Silent Prelude quest are as follows:
- Splendid Shard Chest [M] (4)
- Splendid Destruction Stone Fragment Chest (6)
- Roster XP (290)
- Lavish Guardian Stone Fragment Chest (2)
- Silver (1800)
Dastardly Disease
This short quest only requires you to go and talk to Acting Technologist Dewight and gather information. You’ll gain the following mats for completing this quest:
- Splendid Shard Chest [M] (4)
- Splendid Destruction Stone Fragment Chest (6)
- Roster XP (290)
- Lavish Guardian Stone Fragment Chest (2)
- Silver (1800)
A Nose for News
A Nose for News is probably the hardest and most time-consuming quest in this entire questline because it requires you to use an object at specific locations in the water.
Start off by talking to Lab Director Yulia, and then head towards the Oasis to start your investigation. We’ve provided the locations where you need to go and interact to check the water temperature.
After that, use the Magick Flow Detector device and start heading north (towards the top left of the Oasis.) Keep using the Magick Flow Detector until the Suspicious Tech Branch Employee NPC spawns. His exact location can be seen in the image below.
Then use the Interrogate Emote to well… interrogate him. After that, you need to go and talk to Lab Director Yulia and complete a few straightforward steps. You’ll get the following rewards for completing this quest:
- Splendid Shard Chest [M] (4)
- Splendid Destruction Stone Fragment Chest (6)
- Roster XP (290)
- Lavish Guardian Stone Fragment Chest (2)
- Silver (1800)
The Sickly Sea
This quest might seem lengthy at first, but all it asks from you is to wear a uniform, talk to a bunch of NPCs marked on your map, then go to the sea and check the water temperature of an area marked on your minimap.
After that, you need to sail back to Glacier Isle and talk to Mathias to finish the quest and get your materials.
- Splendid Shard Chest [M] (4)
- Splendid Destruction Stone Fragment Chest (6)
- Roster XP (290)
- Lavish Guardian Stone Fragment Chest (3)
- Silver (1800)
The Jig is Up
For this quest, you’ll be visiting Editor-in-Chief Phillian Kaiman, drafting 3 reports on Dewight, and submitting them to Phillian. Once you do that, you’ll be able to read the article you wrote, and the quest will conclude, netting you these materials:
- Splendid Harmony Leapstone Chest (25)
- Splendid Destruction Stone Fragment Chest (15)
- Roster XP (655)
- Lavish Guardian Stone Fragment Chest (5)
- Silver (4000)
Justice Achieved
After writing that news article, you now need to arrest Acting Technologist Dewight and then talk to Treasurer Sasha to conclude the quest. You’ll get these rewards for completing the Justice Achieved quest on Glacier Isle:
- Splendid Harmony Leapstone Chest (5)
- Splendid Destruction Stone Fragment Chest (7)
- Roster XP (290)
- Lavish Guardian Stone Fragment Chest (2)
- Silver (3600)
Elegy of Serenity
Elegy of Serenity is the final quest of Glacier Isle, where you’ll head to the Vern Castle after reading Ozario’s letter. After that, you need to talk to a few NPCs and then go back to Glacier Isle to enjoy Ozario’s Recital and get the Glacier Isle Soul (Token) along with the following materials:
- Splendid Harmony Leapstone Chest (5)
- Trade Skill XP (800)
- Lavish Harmony Leapstone Chest (1)
- Splendid Destruction Stone Fragment Chest (7)
- Roster XP (290)
- Lavish Guardian Stone Fragment Chest (3)
- Elegy of Serenity
- Gold (50)
Lost Ark Glacier Isle Mokoko Seeds Locations
You can gather 3 Mokoko Seeds on Glacier Isle, and their locations are highlighted below.
Mokoko Seed #1 & #2
Head to the top center area of the isle and once you reach the location where our character icon is, take a left and go through the hidden path to reach the pinned location and collect 2 Mokoko Seeds. (Both seeds are facing each other)
Mokoko Seed #3
The final Mokoko Seed is located in the bottom left area of the Glacier Isle. Once again, after you’ve reached the player position shown in the image below, take a right and go through the wall into the hidden path and collect the seed.
You are done with the Glacier Isle in Lost Ark and can move on to the next island and continue with your adventures!
