Mortal Kombat 11 server is currently down for maintenance and here you can find all the updates about this. Online servers were abruptly shut down for the players just now while everyone was in the middle of online matches, and the servers have now been taken down for a short maintenance.
This seems to be something urgent as no prior announcement was released about an upcoming downtime for MK11 Ultimate’s online services. Right now, all you can do is wait for everything to get back to normal or you may want to reach out WB Games support.

Online services for Mortal Kombat 11 will be down for maintenance for a short time. We will work to get it back up and running as fast as possible.
We will update this post as soon as we have more information to update here. If a new patch is on the way, be sure to check back later for the full list of patch notes. For now, the developer has not yet acknowledged or confirmed about an update rolling out right now after the maintenance ends.
