Hi,
Perhaps you can shed some light, i run Genshin Impact on a Ryzen 5 5600X paired with 16GB of Ram and a RX6600XT and with the above settings on a 1080p monitor, but randomly i get frame drops and some stuttering, this is not even in the presence of any enemies or crowds, any ideas as to why this would happen, my ping is however in the 210ms, would the ping be the cause perhaps?
Thanks in advance
its because your internet is bad, when your ping is bad your frames will drop since the game is an online game, it runs off of a online server, if your ping is 210ms, then the game would have trouble processing your frames
