Bungie has just announced Destiny 2 Update 3.2.0.1 on May 18. Servers for the game will be down for a while, with routine maintenance work taking place as well. However, once they come back up, players will be able to download and play Update 3.2.0.1 for the game.
Destiny 2 will go offline for maintenance from 9:45 AM PDT on 18 May till 11:00 AM PDT. However, players will not be able to log in from 9:00 AM PDT due to the authenticator system going down beforehand.

Here is the complete schedule for Destiny 2’s server maintenance on 18 May:
9:00 AM PDT | Destiny 2 will undergo maintenance for Hotfix 3.2.0.1. Some Destiny API features on Bungie.net, mobile and third-party apps will be disabled. No sign in to the Bungie.net site or apps will be possible. |
9:45 AM PDT | Destiny 2 will be brought offline for expected maintenance. Players will be removed from activities and won’t be able to log back into Destiny 2 until 10 AM PST. At 11 AM PST, Hotfix 3.2.0.1. will begin rolling out across all platforms and regions. |
10:00 AM PDT | Destiny 2 Hotfix 3.2.0.1. will be available across all platforms and regions. Players will be able to log back into Destiny 2.Players logging into the game may be placed in a queue, and may experience sign-on issues as background maintenance is still ongoing. |
11:00 AM PDT | Destiny 2 maintenance is expected to conclude. Console players who encounter issues updating to Hotfix 3.2.0.1. should restart their console and try downloading the update. |
Destiny 2 Update 3.2.0.1 Patch Notes
Currently, the developers have not provided us with information as to whether we’ll be needing to download a patch or not. However, if it does come out, it will be PS4 Update 2.19.
