Sony has announced a brand new State of Play for Gran Turismo 7. This session is slated to be held on February 2 2022. The last Sony State of Play that took place was on October 28, 2021 and was pretty underwhelming so hopefully, Sony is out to make amends for its fans this time around!
Gran Turismo 7 is a racing game developed for the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles. The Gran Turismo series has been a PlayStation exclusive ever since its inception back in 1997 and this game will be the first installment to be released on multiple PlayStation consoles.
Gran Turismo 7 at Sony State of Play
This Sony State of Play session will take place for thirty minutes and it is expected to be the final bit of what we get to see of this game before its release on March 4th, 2022. Sony however did release footage of its gameplay on the PS5 so better go and watch it to have a taste of what Polyphony Digital is going to offer in the full game.
The latest installment in the Gran Turismo series is Gran Turismo Sport which was released for the PlayStation 4 in 2017. The game got generally favorable reviews but this time around Polyphony Digital is looking to make a serious statement as it buckles up to release the first Gran Turismo game on the PS5.
