With all the intense races and extreme speeds which Forza Horizon 5 has to offer, sometimes you just want to sit back and relax while reaching your destination. If you’re not in the mood to kick in into that 5th gear while driving towards your next race, you can always avail the Fast Travel function in the game.
With Forza featuring a huge open-world map and missions scattered all across the grid, Fast Travel can become pretty useful when you want to cut short the long-distance rides. However, you need to keep in mind that Fast Travel does cost quite a few in-game credits until you’ve done some side-missions to gain a discount.
How to Unlock Fast Travel in Forza Horizon 5
Learning how to Fast Travel in Forza Horizon 5 can be quite confusing as the ability to do so isn’t readily available from the start of the game. In the earlier stages of the game, the only spots where you can Fast Travel to are a couple of Horizon Festivals and the houses which you own.
Unlocking Fast Travel
In order to unlock Fast Travel and use it to reach any place in the game, you’ll first need to unlock the Horizon Festival in the Baja Region. You will have to unlock the Guanajuato Expedition in order to proceed further.

need to spend some cash for purchasing the Buenas Vistas house. This is the house nearest to El Arco de Cabo San Lucas, which is the big stone arch on the west coast.
After purchasing the house for 2 million Credits, you’ll receive 2 Super Wheelspins along with the perk of Fast Traveling to anywhere on the map. However, Fast traveling costs a ton of credits which you could rather save up for better cars and upgrades.
If you’re willing to lower your Fast Traveling cost, you’ll need to find Fast Travel Boards scattered across the map and ram your car into them. Smashing every Fast Travel Board reduces the cost by 200 credits and ultimately makes Fast Travel Free once all the boards are destroyed.
