Pick the Same Server in Lost Ark
Before you start choosing your very first character, the game will give you an option to choose a server. Make sure you and your friends have the same server. This is crucial since players on different servers cannot play with each other.
As disheartening as it might be, you cannot change your servers without loosing your entire progress. If you really want to play with your in-game friends, then you can make a new character and join their server or ask them to join yours.
Add Each Other as Friends

- Press U or head to the community tab and manually open friends and wait for the pop-up to appear.
