How to Get Into the Overwatch 2 Beta

There are a few ways in which you can try to get access to the beta. First of all, you can register on the Overwatch 2’s website. However, for that, you need to get lucky and hope that you get selected. Worry not because there is another way in which you can guarantee that you get a chance to play the game.

How to Get Into the Overwatch 2 Beta

Starting on April 27th at 1 PM ET, you can watch various Twitch streamers to get a chance to get a drop for the beta. This is just like Riot did when Arcane was about to release on Netflix. You will have to watch the stream for about four hours to be eligible to earn access to the beta. However, you don’t have to continuously watch one streamer.

You can watch multiple streams and your total watch time should be four hours. However, you’ll have to be quick though, since this promotion only lasts till 9 PM ET on the same day. Also, make sure that the streamer you are watching has “Drops Enabled” in the title or something similar to that.

Keep in mind that you have to connect your Battle.net account to your Twitch account so that you can get access. Otherwise, watching the streams won’t do you any good.

Once you have access to the beta, you can play it till May 17th. Make sure that you check out all the changes coming to the game till then and get familiar with it. After that, we are not sure yet when another beta will be available for us to play but we will keep you updated!
