How to Start USJ Event Quest in Monster Hunter Rise

Monster Hunter Rise often hosts collaboration events with various franchises. These collaborations allow the game to remain fresh and exciting. The same can be said about the latest USJ event which will take place in late February if you are a PC player. This event is already available on the Nintendo Switch. Whether you play on a PC or Switch, this guide will take a look at how to start the USJ event quest in Monster Hunter Rise.

The USJ quests won’t magically pop up on your quest board. You will have to actively look for them. Worry not because we have got you covered. With that said, let’s dive right in and take a look at how to start the USJ event quest in Monster Hunter Rise.

Monster Hunter Rise: How To Start USJ Event Quest

Courier

After you update your game, you will want to head over to the Courier in the main village. To make it easier to spot it, look for a Palico next to the chief’s house. Once you interact with the Courier, a menu will pop up. From there, go to the “Add-on Content” section. If you do not have it already, the game will start downloading the USJ quest pack.

After the download is finished, you will automatically get the two new quests. The best way is to make your way to the gathering hub and use the quest counter. Keep in mind that these quests require Hunter Rank 7 so do not start them if you are below it.

USJ event gear

Bringing other hunters with you is a good idea since that will make quests easier. Completing the quests will reward you with Azure Era Gems which are required to craft the USJ event gear. The gear includes the Azure Age armor set, with the Azure Star Blade I and Azure Era Wyrmbow I weapons. Getting these rewards is worth it so make sure that you grab other hunters and complete these quests. You can also use the FlingTrainer but make sure that you are playing in offline mode when doing it.

That is everything you need to know about the USJ gear and how you can get these quests. If you are having issues or are stuck anywhere, leave a comment below and we will gladly help you out. We would love to know what you think of this event and Monster Hunter Rise.
