- If you have an Nvidia Card, use the Prefer Maximum Settings option in Power Settings
- If you have an AMD Card, disable power saving from the Control Panel.
- If you have the DRM-Free copy of the game, launch it directly from the .exe file.
- Make sure your graphics card drivers and the game is updated.
CyberEngine Tweaks Download

Step 1 – After downloading the file, unzip everything to: <cyberpunk install path>/bin/x64/
Step 2 – Launch the game
Step 3 – Make sure the game is running in Windowed Borderless mode.
Step 4 – To check that everything works you can look at the logs in <cyberpunk install path>/bin/x64/plugins/cyber_engine_tweaks/cyber_engine_tweaks.log
Step 5 – You can then configure the file at this path: <cyberpunk install path>/bin/x64/plugins/cyber_engine_tweaks/config.json
