In an effort to make the game up to the standard that was promised to players, the developers have decided to bring in Battlefield 2042 64-Player Conquest and Breakthrough to Next-Gen consoles, namely the Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. However, this event is for a limited time only.

According to the Tweet, the 64-Player Conquest and Breakthrough will be making its way to the game on all next-gen platforms. This seems to us like a tact to check if these modes are better received by players, and if they are, there is a high chance this change will be implemented permanently, However, these are just speculations on our end.
