Black Ops Cold War Season 1 was released just a while ago. The patch conjoined both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone in the process. Currently, the game lacks a lot of content in stark contrast to its behemoth size. There is no exact date as to when the new Cold War and Warzone Season 2 will be announced. Black Ops Cold War / Warzone Season 2 Release Date
Season 1 introduced new maps like Raid and The Pines into the game. Moreover, the Season finally introduced ‘Rebirth Island’ for Warzone moving away from Verdansk. While there will not be any major map changes to Rebirth Island, you can expect a few tweaks here and there. (Especially in the Center Zone, which seems to be quite sparse right now.)
