Lost Ark just came out for the western audience, and players love it. The game is well optimized, but some rare bugs and known issues can be found here and there. However, if you are facing any problems, we will give you some workarounds that you can use. You can find a compiled list of Lost Ark bugs and their fixes on the PC right here.
With that said, we’ve taken these issues to our own accord and therefore have compiled a few problems and their fixes that might help you out. We’ve suffered some of these issues ourselves when playing the game. Without further ado, let’s dive right in and take a look at the Lost Ark known issues, bugs, and workarounds.
All Lost Ark Known Issues and Bugs
We’ve compiled a list of the most known issues alongside most of their fixes in Sifu. If you don’t see your issue listed, let us know! We’ll add it right here. Remember that some bugs will not have fixes yet as the game is relatively new. However, we will update the list as soon as they get fixed.

Cutscene Issues
This is an uncommon issue but some players have reported it. As soon as you enter a cutscene, the items that your character is holding in their hands will start to move randomly. While this doesn’t happen every time, it does happen now and then. The devs are working hard to fix this issue so we should see it get fixed within the next patch.
User Interface Bug
This bug can get quite annoying really quickly. It is most common if you have the Gunlancer class. Chances are that you will repeatedly see the tutorial pop-ups on your screen. On top of that, if you unmute your mic, you will still see it as muted despite being able to talk. This only happens if you have Push to Talk enabled. Finally, you will notice that the player names in the voice chat are “Unknown Player”. There are tons of other UI bugs as well but these are the most common ones.
Graphical Errors
If you clicked the “Restore to defaults” in the graphics settings, all of the settings will automatically be set to “High”. Also, if you are using 4K resolution, the UI will be overlapped with one another. To fix this, you have to restart the game. However, the devs are looking into these errors and will fix them soon.
Translation Issues
While this isn’t a major issue, it can get pretty annoying. When the player is reading through the Book of Coordination, the text will only show in English despite your language preference. You will have to set your language preference in the settings again to fix this issue. However, there is no permanent fix as of now.
Missing Audio
During a few selected cutscenes, the audio will randomly disappear. Not only that, but you will also notice the background audio during character creation is also missing. The music will sometimes overlap; making it quite annoying to listen to. The easy fix to this is to restart your game or turn off the audio and turn it on again.
Wrong Controller Inputs
When using a controller – third party or otherwise – you will notice that the key inputs are not showing correctly. The keybinds will be of keyboard + mouse instead of the controller. Plus, you won’t be able to access the “Friends List” with a controller. There is no fix for this right now. You can try to reconnect the controller to see if it works.
