In case you purchased the GTA Trilogy from Rockstar Games, there is a good chance you might be looking how to request a refund. For those who are not aware, the new Grand Theft Auto Trilogy: The Definite Edition was pulled off from the Rockstar Games Launcher after a very long downtime yesterday. New players are not able to purchase the game, and existing users who bought the game for $60 are now unable to process refunds directly from Rockstar.

The developers have confirmed that the trilogy has been removed because of some illegal and unwanted files have been unintentionally included in the game’s code. The actual problem here is that Rockstar Games removed the game without any prior communication or proper explanation.

We have listed down all the steps, and it shouldn’t take long for the company ‘Xsolla’ to process the refund for you. All you have to do is keep your transaction ID in handy and purchase details with you to fill out the form.

You will need to fill out the following details:

  • Fill out your Email Address and Transaction Number
  • Also fill out your exact purchase date and Transaction Total
  • Next, select the reason for your refund request

  1. What transaction total when it was not usd currency? I paid 59.99 Euro, when I enter 59.99 and I would get 59.99 usd this would be only 52.42 Euro.
