Lucky Slimes are not as easy to catch and their is a trick to luring them into giving you money and that is what we are going to be discussing in this guide along with some great tips on how you can earn some money using the Lucky Slime. How to Catch Lucky Slimes in Slime Rancher 2
If you have heard of cash cows then hold onto your seats because Slime Rancher 2 brings you the cash slime of of Slime World – The Lucky Slime. Lucky Slimes are special type of slime and there are many reasons for it.
Lucky Slimes are the only slimes that cannot be sucked into a Vac so you surely cannot bring them back to your ranch. Then how are they proftible and how can we use them ? Lucky Slimes will give you Newbucks for feeding them food.
Lucky Slimes are a special type of slime with a very short lifespan. They are not very friendly either and are generally hiding inside a bush so if you want to get one, you will have to be very sneaky. Lucky Slimes are not specific to any area but can be found all over the Rainbow Island.
Lucky Slimes gives of a certain sound when they are nearby. When you are looking for a Lucky Slimes, keep you ears open and as soon as you hear sound of coins clinking, that will be your cue that there is a Lucky Slime hiding somewhere nearby.

Lucky Slimes are not very friendly and if they get spooked by you, they will shoot a light beam that will freeze you at your place for a few seconds and during that time, they will be gone forever.
Now if you have successfully found one and it hasn’t noticed you either so bait it with food and once it consume that food, it will jump into the air and a trail of Newbuck will be following this slime. You will be awarded all the Newbucks automatically.
The first time you feed it, you will get 100-150 Newbucks. The second time it will give you 200-300 Newbucks and after that no matter how many times you feed it, it will always give you 300 Newbucks.
So in conclusion, Lucky Slimes are not a surefire way to make money instead they are a gamble that can sometimes pay off and other times not. There are other great slimes as well that will give you a steadier flow of cash.
